During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel's excellent staff who were always helpful and friendly, especially with their language skills. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities were fantastic, including the well-maintained pool and great restaurant, which served delicious breakfasts every morning. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and air-conditioning, making for a luxurious and relaxed stay.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. Booked table at Frida, it's their onsite restaurant. Booked twin room with climate control, a private safe and a work desk...

The pool and restaurant were nice offerings, and the staff were helpful. the beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. the hotel was located in a central area, close to many restaurants and shops.
Our room had many issues. the fridge made a loud noise and the hairdryer was missing.

This hotel was a great choice for a family vacation! the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning and daily cleaning. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was great for breakfast.
That the airport shuttle provided by the hotel was not up to our standards.

The location was perfect for exploring the area and the Christmas decoration was charming. The breakfast had a variety of options and the coffee was delicious. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The noise from the street and other rooms was unbearable, making it impossible to relax. The reception staff lacked friendliness and helpfulness.

Helpful reception with great English. Friendly and efficient restaurant staff. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Friendly and quick assistance from gatekeepers. Lovely hotel with happy staff. Great pool, restaurant, and comfortable beds. Excellent air-conditioning. Nice maintenance and wait staff.
Nothing that I didn't like.
